  I figure when they first opened there were a lot of new training workers so they may have messed up a few orders but have since come around in the service area, they have never messed up my order but know someone who's was but that was when they first opened and now i see all kinds of people going in and out of there it's in a great spot for people going home from work or dropping off their kids at the school two blocks down also for those travelling through town keep up the good work

  I placed an order at the drive thru and they didn't give me what i ordered and paid for. I told them this was not what I ordered and asked them to make it again they argued with me and figured putting whipped cream on top was going to magically change what was in the cup! I asked them to remake the two drinks that were incorrect and they informed me that that's how they make them. I worked at Tim Hortons and I am very familiar with how they make their dream lattes. To be told I would be charged for the topping was crazy! I will be contacting the manager in the morning. I would have asked to speak to the supervisor but unfortunately the supervisor was the one arguing.
