  although I think they have the best pizza in town, the website and over the phone ordering experience leaves much to be desired. Really can not deal with the BS. Why is whats displayed in store for deals not the same as the website??
  We ordered 2 weeks ago, in store, waited over an hour for our order. The manager was great and gave us the meal for free.We wanted to order the same thing this time but couldn't find it online and the call center didn't know and calling the store is a joke.
  Really sorry to say but we prob won't be back for a while.

  I love their food, if the owner could put the stores personal number up or something. The customer service desk refuses to do their job and add in my apartment building and i live basically behind this place. So i can never order Delivery from the online offers without a fight with someone. and when I finally do its because I talked to them in store and they set it up. The staff there is great, but pizza hut should end their contract with whoever is doing their customer service. HGS would do a better job and they prefer phone contracts....

  Only Pizza Hut in town. Food is not up to the mark compared to other pizza hut. Whenever i go they messed up with my order. Last visit i ordered for chicken wings, took order and forget to serve. i remind them and just 'SORRY'. This is not happens with me first time. Every time i had different experience.
